Basic qualifications:
- Graduate degree or business / marketing related post graduate qualification,
- At least 2 years experience in a digital marketing & communication specialist level role ,
- Fluent in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Multi tasking, good problem solving, analytical thinking,
- Proactive and positive attitude with creativity,
- Good communication and presentation skills,
- High level understanding of web technologies - digital communication strategy and delivery,
- Ability to successfully and productively resolve problems in order to meet targets and expectations,
- Experience in managing and communicating with both internal & external partners, and agencies,
- Experience in project and crisis management,
- Interested in the internet world`s new trends.

Details:
- Coordinate the business in the appropriate adoption and use of Digital Marketing,
- To develop as a part of a strategy, a management plan to maintain an adequate level of Digital Marketing activity for implementation of the strategy,
- Engages with internal and external partners to use resources in a co-ordinated way in order to develop and execute activities on time, aligned to business strategies and priorities,
- Take detailed briefs from the stakeholder, be part of the team briefing into creative and check final output before the work is online,
- Work collaboratively with the other internal partners in order to develop them about the digital trends,
- Understands customer needs and environment by combining internal/external sources and customer engagement, with the aim to use insights and foresight to guide decisions affecting the customer,
- Ensure the correct resource is assigned to creative projects to allow for the best possible output,
- Continually track performance versus Digital Marketing strategy, review and revise the strategy as required,
- Oversee key project and media work to ensure quality standards are met.
