Job description

  • Maintaining and optimizing the website content to ensure the desired user journey
  • Managing online marketing efforts from strategic planning to daily operations
  • Creating new projects to sustain customer engagement
  • Liaising with other functions to create effective campaigns and actions
  • Coordinating with global partners to conduct global projects and campaigns
  • Following and analyzing marketing and industry trends to enhance marketplace performance & detect opportunities for customer satisfaction
  • Working with third parties to manage campaigns
  • Reporting and analyzing outcomes periodically, analyzing reports and consumer trends
  • Optimizing and measuring effectiveness and other advertising/traffic driving activities
  • Conducting analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, product, customer and consumer trends to enhance marketplace performance & detect opportunities for customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the capabilities of IT (and other) systems

Desired Skills and Experience

  • University degree in faculty of Business Administration and related sciences
  • 1-3 years of experience in online marketing and digital media experience
  • Retail sector experience is preferable
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Has a good understanding of online marketing tools
  • Customer centric approach
  • Result oriented, success driven individual
  • Following digital trends, lives digital
  • Ability to work cross functional 
  • Creative and team working skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an analytical manner
